Filixic acid ABA - Introduction
Emaric acid (ABA), also known as abscisic acid, is a natural plant growth regulator. It exists widely in plants and plays an important role in regulating plant growth and coping with environmental stress.
Pimuronic acid has the following properties:
1. Chemical formula: C15H20O4
2. Appearance: white crystalline solid
3. Solubility: soluble in alcohol and ether, slightly soluble in water
The main uses of immaric acid include:
1. Promote plant growth and development: ABA in plants can regulate root development, promote germination and flowering and other growth processes.
2. Stress resistance enhancement: Pimuronic acid can improve the resistance of plants to drought, salinity, low temperature and other adversities, and help plants adapt to environmental stress.
A common method of preparing pimuronic acid is through bacterial fermentation or extraction from plants. In bacterial fermentation, a microbe called Aspergillus ochraceus (Gibberella fujikuroi) is commonly used to produce large amounts of pommellic acid. The method of extracting pallidic acid from plants includes the steps of solvent extraction and separation and purification.
Regarding safety information, pimuronic acid is a relatively safe plant growth regulator, but the following matters still need to be paid attention:
1. When using, the concentration and dosage should be used in accordance with the regulations, and the correct application method should be followed.
2. Avoid direct contact with the eyes, skin, such as contact should immediately rinse with plenty of water.
3. Storage should be sealed to avoid mixing with other chemicals.
